"Mirror, Mirror on the wall..."
We know who is the fairest of them all!
A lot of time is spent on brainstorming, preparing, and assembling your themed sets.
Send in your inspiration photos and I'll get to work!
Believe it or not, a lot of these sets are handmade.
This ensures that you're receiving a one of a kind set and not a copy cat.
This set was a mixture of handmade and an actual backdrop.
All of the cutouts were done by yours truly. The outdoor scene towards the very back was ordered from one of my favorite backdrop companies.
With all one year session, you'll have a portrait portion and a themed cake smash portion.
Portrait portions are always monotone themed.
Pick your favorite color on your little one and I'll match the backdrop to the outfit.

Outfits Matter!
That Snow White outfit was perfect for this set!
Finding the right outfit for your theme is key to making everything come together.
Before your session, I always ask that you send me the outfits that will be worn so that I can make sure everything will coordinate properly.
While this client changed three times, changing twice seems to work the best in my workflow.
I try to encourage no more than two outfit changes per session for a couple of reasons:
- Changing more than twice can sometimes make baby upset and babies can start to lose focus during the session.
- Changing often cuts into your session time which can mean less photos in your gallery.
Ultimately, the choice is yours. We understand that some outfits can be expensive.
If you're up for it, brave the cake with the themed outfit!
